Booking Information

When you have selected your preferrred week/weeks, please contact us by email:
enquiries@gowerselfcatering.co.uk to make your reservation.
Once we have confirmed your reservation, a deposit of 30 percent is required, payable by cheque or via PayPal. The outstanding balance
is due 6 weeks before your arrival.
Terms and Conditions of Booking
A 30 percent deposit of the entire rental cost is needed to secure the required booking. The booking will be confirmed
upon receipt of the deposit.
The full balance is payable 6 weeks before the start date of the rental. Failure to make this payment may result in the booking
and deposit being forfeited.
Any booking made within 6 weeks of the rental start date will be payable in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation in advance of the 6 week period before the rental start date will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Cancellation within the 6 week period before the rental start date will result in all monies paid being forfeited.
Any cancellations made before final payment is due may be rebooked for a different week, subject to availability.
Single sex groups may be required to pay a safety deposit of £250, please discuss with us prior to booking.
Every booking must include at least one member of the party over the age of 21.
Pets are permitted by prior arrangement.
Smoking is not permitted in the property.
Personal items, including cars, are brought on to the property at the owner's risk and no liability for damage, destruction,
theft or similar will be accepted.
